Want to know how we price our products?

Keeping our footprint small is part of who we are. That’s why we only work with certified European factories and prefer using existing materials, like deadstock or leftover fabrics, whenever possible. All our items are handcrafted with care, and we transport everything over land to minimize air travel.

We know these choices come at a cost. Producing locally, fairly, and responsibly isn’t cheap - but it’s the only way we want to operate.

We also believe that shopping should still feel good. So while our prices reflect the true cost of ethical production, we never aim for profit maximization. We simply earn enough to keep creating your next Affêre.

In order to minimize waste as much as possible, we use dead stock leather. This is left-over fabric which would have been wasted otherwise. All our leather is Gold Certificated in the Leather Working Group.

We believe leather is the most natural and elegant material to use for the production of a high-end shoe. Please note that this product is 'alive' and fragile to rough times.

Shipping
We try to ensure your Affêre meets you in the greenest way possible. We aim to ship the products within 24 hours. Due to high demand or, for example, a sale, we sometimes don’t make it, but always within 1 to 2 business days.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns
We do not except nor refund products that have been used.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returning your order is at your own expense; we don't cover return costs.
